Teresa
Ramos was born and raised in historic Old Mesilla, NM. She is the Owner/Broker
of RE/MAX INFINITY and actively sells Real Estate throughout all of Las Cruces.
She has a distinguished career in the real estate business, and is considered
a national leader in the industry. She was first licensed in 1980 and in 1982
became a broker. In addition to her Broker's License, she has earned a GRI (Graduate
Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-Pro (Certified
Internet Professional) designations and is currently working towards her CRB (Certified
Residential Broker) designation. Customers familiar with the real estate industry
know that only 5% of all real estate agents in the country hold CRS designations!
Ms. Ramos is fluent in both English and Spanish, and can transact business
in both languages. She often resolves language problems between her customers
and other industries, such as banks, insurance and title companies. She specializes
in Residential and New Construction real estate, works with both buyers and sellers,
and represents properties ranging in price from $150,000 to Multi-million dollar
estates. She became recognized for her sales achievements very quickly. Today,
she is listed in "Top Pro Magazine" - a publication that acknowledges
the top 5% sales associates throughout the nation for their sales productivity.
Teresa is among RE/MAX's elite group of 100% designees and a Platinum Club Member.
She has also been honored with other awards, including recognition from the National
Homebuilders for outstanding New Home Sales earning the Bronze and Silver awards.
Teresa prides herself in Education and has spoken to the LULAC Council Group about
her real estate career.
Teresa also finds time to serve her community
and her Realtor family. She has served at the local level on the Association Board
of Directors in several positions including President in 1995 as well as earning
the distinguished honor of Realtor of the Year in 1997. In 2007, Teresa will serve
as Vice President of the Realtors Association of New Mexico, Southwest Region.
Teresa was elected to this position by influential leaders in the real estate
industry for her exemplary knowledge and commitment to our profession.
